Jason Zheng
Aspiring Software Engineer | Part Time Weightlifter
My name is Jason Zheng, I'm 21 years old and currently studying towards two bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Civil Engineering at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, California. You may ask why two degrees? Well, it all started in the summer of 2015 when I was working as a civil engineering research intern. While there, I wrote my first program to analyze building motion and the rest is history. Since that summer, I found my true passion in programming.
I have a strong background in Computer Science, so C++ (my personal preference) and Java are my go-tos for solving problems. I love the satisfaction of making things work, especially when I get learn and experiment with new concepts.
I am always thinkering with my next interest. These interests have pushed me to dabble in Android applications, websites with HTML/CSS, and experimenting with JavaScript/jQuery.
